论大学生“法治观”与“德治观”培育路径创新

摘　　要：依法治国和以德治国对大学生法治观和德治观提供了新的生长点。依法治国、以德治国和大学生法治观、德治观具有内在统一性。依法治国与以德治国可以创新大学生理想信念教育、爱国主义教育、世界观教育以及法治观教育等路径。Rule by law and rule by morality of innovation of college students＇education provided a new growing point. It was unity from Rule by law and rule by morality to college students＇education. Rule by law and rule by mo- rality can innovation college students＇ education path, such as, ideal and belief education, patriotic education, worldview education, rule of law concept education.
