“体育产业新政策”背景下安徽花鼓灯发展的SWOT分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法及SWOT分析法,以"体育产业新政策"为研究背景,以安徽花鼓灯为研究对象,对其内外部各因素进行分析,研究表明:安徽花鼓灯发展的内部优势是历史悠久,能够体现我国民族传统体育项目的特征;内部劣势是存在门派壁垒,后继人才匮乏,理论研究相对滞后;外部机会是国家的政策支持,拥有良好的群众基础;外部威胁是体育的现代化、多元化威胁,政府管理部门重视程度不够,缺乏科学指导,并提出开拓型、争取型、抗争型、保守型4种战略.With the methods of documentation,logical analysis and SWOT analysis, under the background of the New Sports Industry Policy,taking Anhui Flower-drun as the research object, the paper analyzes the internal and external factors. Studies have shown that the internal advantage of Anhui Flower-drun is that it has a long history with characteristics of the traditional ethnic sports in our country while its internal disadvantage is the existing barriers of different schools and the lack of young talents. The theoretical research is relatively lagging behind; its external opportunity is that there is national policy supporting with a good mass base; its external threats are sports modernization with diversification, the government managemcnt＇s inadequate focus on its development and lack of scientific guidance. According to the said factors, the paper put forward some pioneering, striving, contending and conservative types of strategies.
