摘  要:如何培养大学生的自主能力、开拓创新能力,是当今高等体育院校人体科学基础理论研究与教学实践面临的新问题.对两年来在人体科学基础理论课——《体育保健学》课程教学中所开展的探究式教学进行了总结.实践表明:基于问题学习的探究式教学是一种教与学互相统一的过程,网络学习与小组学习等教学形式有利于激发学生的学习氛围,拓展学生自主的课外学习空间;通过具有基础性、前沿性与交叉性的问题融入于课堂教学与学习中,为更好地培养学生具有创新能力、自主能力的高素质体育运动技术人才打好基础.How to cultivate students" autonomous ability, innovation ability, is the human physical universities science basic theory research and teaching practice faces new problems. The paper, based on the experience of two years in the human body science basic theory course, finds it is necessary to develop the teaching of sports health care course of exploratory teaching. The practice showed that to deal with the problems, the inquisitive teaching learning was a kind of process of unification of teaching and learning , the network learning and group learning, and other forms of teaching to arouse students~ learning atmosphere, and it was conducive to the development of students" self learning; Through a fundamental, advancing and diversified classroom teaching and learning methods, it aimed to better cultivate sport talents with innovative and self-study abilities.
