摘　　要：目的:分析蛋白p27和Clusterin在前列腺癌(PCa)组织中的阳性表达与前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化法检测75例PCa和50例前列腺增生组织凋亡蛋白p27、Clusterin蛋白的表达和相应患者血浆中PSA值。结果:PCa组织中p27、Clusterin蛋白的阳性表达率分别64.0%(48/75)、37.3%(28/75),p27和Clusterin蛋白在前列腺增生组织中的阳性表达率分别70.0%(35/50)、0(0/50),二者阳性表达率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。p27和Clusterin蛋白表达与PCa病理分级、临床分期、转移情况和PSA值具有相关性(P<0.05),PCa组织中Clusterin与p27的表达无相关性(P>0.001)。结论:临床中联合检测p27及Clusterin表达与前列腺特异抗原(PSA)关系有助于前列腺癌诊治。Objective：Detecting the expressions of p27,Clusterin and PSA in prostate cancer（PCa）. Methods：Immunohistochemistry was employed to measure the expression of p27 and Clusterin of prostatic cancer and 50 cases benign prostatic hyperplasia and PSA in plasma. Results：In prostatic cancer tissue,the positive expression rates of p27 and Clusterin were 64. 0%（48 / 75）,37. 3%（28 / 75）,in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue,the positive expres-sion rates of p27 and Clusterin were 70. 0%（35 / 50）,0（0 / 50）（P 〈 0. 01）. The positive expression of p27 and Clus-terin were related with the histologic grade,clinical stage and metastasis of prostatic cancer（P 〈 0. 05）. The expres-sion of Clusterin was not a positively correlated with p27 expression in prostatic cancer（P 〉 0. 001）. Conclusion：The joint detection of p27,Clusterin and PSA may offer an effective therapeutic strategy for the prevention and treat-ment of prostate cancer.
