摘　　要：战略网络中的企业技术扩散行为,不仅要面对收益和风险的决策,而且不同的战略网络环境对企业技术扩散效应发生作用的方式和影响机理也不同。运用博弈分析方法,对"平台式"、"供应链式"和"联盟式"等三种战略网络下的技术扩散双方如何实现收益与成本的均衡过程进行系统研究,认为加强合作意愿、增加技术保护成本、降低技术扩散意愿不一致的谈判成本等措施可以增强战略网络对企业技术扩散的效应。最后结合案例具体分析不同战略网络对推动企业技术扩散的效应及过程,为网络群体内的技术转移和创新提供理论借鉴。The technology diffusion between companies based on the strategic network faces the decision of returns and risk. Moreover, with different strategic networks, the way and impact of strategic network are also different. This paper analyzes three kind of strategic networks, which include ＂platform＂, ＂supply chain＂ and ＂alliance＂, and the achievement of the balance of benefits and costs on both sides, with the game theory method. The influence of strategic networks would separately strengthen the cooperation intention, increase the cost of technology protection and decrease the cost of negotiation when there＇ s inconsistence of cooperation intention. It puts a case for example of the promotion of strategic network to technology diffusion. The conclusion is expected to give reference of technology innovation within a network.
