摘　　要：通过文献计量方法,论述了1986--2012年项目反应理论（IRT）研究的状况、趋势和文献特征以及文献分布、作者分布、文献产出机构和出版物分布的规律。结果表明,我国IRT文献处于增长期,其发展趋势良好。但尚未构成文献计量学层面的核心作者群体,尚需广泛和深入加强IRT研究工作,努力扩大核心作者群、核心机构群和核心期刊群的数量。提高我国IRT研究的广度和深度,以适应新时期心理测量和教育评价的需要。According to the bibliometric method, this paper on item response theory （IRT） discusses research status, trends, characteris- tics and distribution of literature, author distribution, publication distribution during the period from 1986 to 2012. The result shows that the IRT document is in growth period, and its development trend is very good. But not yet constitute the core author groups in bibliometric dimensions, still need to be deeply and widely to strengthen the study of IRT work, efforts to expand the core authors, core institutions group and the core periodical group number. Improve the breadth and depth of research on IRT in China,in order to meet the needs of psychological measurement and evaluation of education in the new era.
