摘 要:努力提高学生身体素质,针对不同体质的学生提供科学合理的个性化运动训练处方是目前研究的热点,为此,基于BP神经网络,提出一种学生耐力成绩预测算法,应用于杭州电子科技大学阳光长跑智能体育测试系统,建立了学生阳光长跑成绩与耐力成绩之间的非线性对应关系,运用学生阳光长跑成绩来预测学生下一年的耐力成绩。实验研究结果表明:模型的准确率达到85%以上。同时将预测结果与物联网技术相结合,实现了一种学生运动处方管理系统,针对不同预测成绩的同学设置不同的阳光长跑运动参数,为不同体质的学生提供个性化的运动处方,具有广泛及深远的应用价值。It is currently a hot issue to improve the students' physical quality and provide different physical students with scientific and reasonable personalized exercise training prescriptions. This paper presents a prediction algorithm of students' endurance scores based on BP neural network to predict the students' endurance scores for next year, which is applied to the intelligent sports test system called sunny sports of Hangzhou Dianzi University and establi- shes a non--linear correspondence between the scores of students' long--distance sports and endurance. The experi- ental results have shown that the accuracy of the model is above 85%. As well, the predicted results is combined with the technology of internet of things to achieve a management system of students' exercise prescription and set differ- ent parameters for students with different prediction scores which can be used to provide personalized exercise pre- scription for different students with a wide and far--reaching value.
