摘 要:内置油冷器一般置于汽车散热器水室内部,其布置对汽车散热器的性能有显著影响,而目前缺乏对布置位置的量化设计依据。通过数值计算的方法,计算了散热器水室水口投影在油冷器表面的面积由50%变化到100%时散热器压降的变化。结果表明,散热器水室水口投影在油冷器表面的面积在50%以下时,压降较低;如果投影面积超过50%,压降显著增大,从而导致整个散热器性能降低。因此,从工程设计角度来说,散热器水口面积到内置油冷器表面面积的投影不宜超过散热器水口面积的50%。Inner Transmission Oil Cooler (ITOC) is located in the radiator tank. The location of ITOC affects the performance of radiator significantly. But now there is no the design principle on this issue. The pressure drop change is numerically calculated in the paper from different location of ITOC in radiator tank from 50% to 100%. If the projection area(from radiator inlet to ITOC surface ) exceeds 50% of the radiator inlet area, the pressure drop will increase obviously and the radiator performance will decrease. Therefore, this projection area on ITOC from radiator inlet will not exceed 50% on the engineering design.
