摘  要:目的:建立一套适宜在小学生中开展的视、听、操作三位一体的中医适宜技术推广模式,以经络、腧穴理论为基础,眼保健操为主要形式,来改善儿童视力低下。方法:以东城区和平里第九小学的6个一年级班级为试点,进行技术操作培训,纳入72例视力低下患儿,以治疗前后裸眼视力、角膜曲率及眼轴变化为观察指标。结果:双眼裸眼视力均较治疗前明显增高(P<0.01,P<0.05),双眼角膜曲率均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),双眼眼轴均较治疗前增高,但差异无统计学意义。结论:经过近两年中医眼保健操治疗,视力低下患儿双眼视力均较治疗前明显改善,且培训、治疗过程安全、方便、经济、可行性高,中医适宜技术推广模式对改善儿童视力低下具有积极的意义,值得推广。Objective: To establish a TCM appropriate technology generalization model suitable for developing around pupils with trinity of watching, listening and operating based on the theory of meridians and acupoints, in the form of eye exercises, for improving children poor vision. Methods: Six classes of first grade in Ninth Primary School of Hepingli in Dongcheng District as the experimental unit carried out the TCM appropriate technology generalization model cultivation. Seventy-two poor vision children were included in this study, and the uncorrected visual acuity, corneal curvature and axial length were detected as the observation indexes. Results: The uncorrected visual acuity and corneal curvature were both improved after the treatment (P〈0.01, P〈0.05), while the axial length had no significant difference. Conclusion: The uncorrected visual acuity of poor vision children is significantly improved after about two-year TCM eye exercises, which is safe, easy, economic and generalized. The TCM appropriate technology generalization model has a positive meaning for improving children poor vision, which is worth popularizing.
