摘　　要：【目的】探讨不同营养支持治疗对胃肠道肿瘤术后患者疗效的影响。【方法】选取2013年5月至2014年6月在本院肿瘤科诊治的87例胃肠道肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组43例,观察组44例,对照组在常规治疗的基础上采用肠外营养,观察组在对照组的基础上加用肠内营养治疗,连续治疗2周后比较两组患者的生化指标、排气时间、排便时间、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、IL-6、IL-10水平及术后并发症情况。【结果】观察组患者的排气时间、排便时间与对照组比较明显缩短（P ＜0.05）；IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平较术前升高（P ＜0.05）,TNF-α较术前降低（P ＜0.05）；观察组并发症的发生率也较对照组低（P ＜0.05）。【结论】肠内肠外营养支持治疗对胃肠道肿瘤术后患者具有较好的治疗作用,能缩短胃肠功能恢复的时间,降低炎症反应和并发症的发生率。[Objective]To explore the impact of different nutritional support methods on the efficacy of pa-tients with gastroenteric carcinoma after operation.[Methods]Totally 87 patients with gastroenteric carcino-ma in oncology department of our hospital from May 2013 to Jun.2014 were chosen and randomly divided into control group（n =43）and observation group（n =44）.The control group received parenteral nutrition based on routine treatment,while the observation group received enteral nutrition based on the treatment of control group.After continuous treatment for 2 weeks,the biochemical index,exhaust time,defecation time,the lev-els of tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-ɑ）,interleukin-1 （IL-2）,interleukin-6 （IL-6 ）,interleukin-10 （IL-10） and postoperative complications between two groups were compared.[Results]The exhaust time and defeca-tion time in observation group were shorter than those in control group（P 〈0.01）.Compared to the pre-oper-ation,the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 were increased（P 〈0.05）,while the level of TNF-ɑwas decreased（ P 〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group（P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Both enteral nutrition support and parenteral nutrition support have good therapeutic effect for patients with gastroenteric carcinoma after operation,and can shorten the recovery time of gastroin-testinal function and reduce inflammation and the incidence of complications.
