摘　　要：目的探讨应用丙种球蛋白对急性白血病(AL)化疗者感染和输血的影响。方法 95例AL患者根据是否应用丙种球蛋白分为实验组(36例)和对照组(59例)。观察对两组患者感染、体液免疫情况及输血的影响。结果两组免疫球蛋白和补体水平差异不大;实验组抗感染时间明显减少,输注血小板数量减少,输血不良反应率降低。结论在AL化疗期间应用丙种球蛋白利于感染控制,减少支持治疗费用。Objective To explore the effect of gamma globulin in acute leukemia （AL）of chemotherapy infection and blood transfusion.Methods According to application of gamma globulin,95 AL patients were divided into experimental group （36 cases ）and control group （59 cases ）.The infection,humoral immunity and blood transfusion were observed in two groups of patients.Results The immunoglobulin and complement level of two groups showed no significant difference.The experimental group showed significant decrease in anti-infection time,the number of platelet transfusion,adverse reaction of blood transfusion.Conclusion During AL chemotherapy,the application of gamma globulin is in favor of infection control,reduces support for treatment costs.
