摘  要:本文采用扫描电子显微镜观察了两种生物活性玻璃陶瓷复合体的涂层的表面及断面形态,并用X射吸衍射仪(XRD)分析了涂层的晶相结构。结果表明:两种生物玻璃陶瓷复合体的涂层,(1)具有良好的机械性能及理想的晶相结构,形成能引导组织向内生长的孔穴;(2)表面形态与断面形态相似,在制作或应用该类复合种植体时,可按需磨改;(3)随烧结温度升高,其孔穴变小、减少,致密度及结晶度增高。It is the purpose of the present paper to sinter two bioactive glasses onto a puretitanium at different temperatures and investigate the surface and sectional morphology andcrystallographic structure of the composite coatings using SEM and X-ray diffraction analy-sis(XRD).The results indicate:1)the composite coatings of the two bioactive ceramics,during sintering,separate out the crystallographic structures which can be accepted by bodyand form the pores which can conduct tissues growth into.Morcover,the coatings showadvantagcously physical characteristics,2)because the morphological and structural charac-teristics of the surfaces of the two ceramic coatings are similar to those of the coatings scc-tions,the coatings can be ground according to need during making and applying the com-posite implants,3)as sintering temperature rises,the coating pores get fewer and smaller,the density and crystallinity increase.
