摘  要:GH738金属封严圈是航空发动机涨圈式封严结构的典型零件,其通过内外气流压差实现弹性涨紧、减少漏气损失,从而提高发动机性能和燃油效率。以金属封严圈材料GH738合金为试验载体,介绍了高温合金材料焊接性、试验设备、焊接夹具设计和工艺试验过程,并根据焊缝成形特征优化了焊接工艺参数。通过金相组织检查和力学性能测试分析,验证了焊接工艺的可行性和组织性能的可靠性,实现了GH738金属封严圈的微束等离子焊接工艺生产。A sealing ring is a typical part of contact expansion seal of the aero-engine turbine, and it reduces oil consumption and improves engine performance through air-flow differential between inside and outside. The weldability of GH738 superalloy, welding equipment, fixture and welding process of the sealing ring are described in this paper, welding parameters are optimized through characteristic of weld appearance. By means of metallographic analysis and mechanical performance testing, the feasibility of welding technology and the reliability of metallurgical performance are verified, and the production of the sealing ring with GH738 superalloy by micro-beam plasma welding are realized.
