摘 要:通过离体抑菌试验,研究过氧乙酸对李果实褐腐菌(Monilinia fructicola)的抑制效果。结果表明,0.018%-0.360%的过氧乙酸处理1-30 min对褐腐菌孢子的抑制率达99.9%以上;过氧乙酸对褐腐菌的MIC和MBC均为0.003%。李果实接种褐腐菌孢子后20℃贮藏72 h,0.27%过氧乙酸浸泡1 min,褐腐病发病率显著降低,病斑面积也显著减小,且不影响果实外观品质。Through in vitro bacteriostasis experiment, the inhibition effect of peroxyacetic acid against Monilinia fructicola on plum fruits was studied. The results showed that inhibition rate of M. fructicola was more than 99.9% when treated in 0.018% -0.360% peroxyacetic acid within 30 min. MIC and MBC of peroxyacetic acid were both 0.003%. The incidence of M. fructicola and disease spot area were significantly reduced when plum fruit with vaccinated M. fructicola spores storage 72 h at 20℃ was treated with 0.27% peroxyacetic acid within 1 min, and fruit appearance quality was not affected.
