中外合作办学项目发展现状研究

摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》对中外合作办学做出了重要的顶层设计。其颁布实施近四年来,中外合作办学项目在数量发展、专业设置、举办者范围等方面取得了突破。但是,在今后发展中应当提高办学层次,加大与世界名校合作力度,杜绝办学"连锁店"现象;开设专业应更加符合地区和社会发展需求,摆脱专业学科集中分布的现状;应鼓励西部地区中外合作办学加速发展,使区域分布更加合理;应解决好发展速度和质量的关系,避免专业学科设置上的重复建设和区域发展不均衡的问题。National Medium-and Long-Term Plan for Education Reform and Development had made plan for the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools. The plan had been put into effect for about 4 years. The quantity of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools projects is developing fast, and make a breakthrough on some majors. The organizers include private colleges and independent colleges besides ordinary universities. But there is a big gap between the Plan target and the current situation. In the future we should solve the problems such as how to handle the relation of quality and quantity; how to avoid the redundant construction of the majors;how to get rid of the district distribution is unbalanced.
