论新常态下福建会展业的创新发展

摘　　要：阐述经济新常态带来了"增速减缓、结构优化、竞争加剧、治理细化"的会展新常态。分析在新的机遇与挑战下,福建会展业存在市场化体制尚未建立、区域差异大、综合竞争力弱、专业化水平有待提高、人才缺乏、运营管理水平有限和配套不足等问题,提出应充分利用福建的地理优势、经济基础、产业条件和人文自然资源,从体制创新、产业依托、城市与品牌打造、文化搭台、人才培养、融合旅游等,不断加快福建会展业创新发展的建议。New normal economy brings new normal convention and exhibition with slow growth, structure optimization, fiercer competition and management refinement. Problems existing in Fujian convention and exhibition industry include： no established marketing systems, the regional differences, weak integrated competition ability, professional level needing to be improved, the lack of talents, limited management and lack of support and other problems. Facing new opportunities and challenges, it is important to make full use of Fujian＇s geographical advantage, economic base, industrial conditions and cultural and natural resources, from all aspects like system innovation, industry, city and brand building, culture development, personnel training and the integration of tourism, to accelerate the innovation and development of the convention and exhibition industry in Fujian.
