摘 要:针对开关磁阻电机( SRM)无位置传感器启动和低速运行控制的研究难题,基于复平面电感模型提出了一种适用于中低速运行区域的转子位置估计方法,同时利用该方法实现了开关磁阻电机静止及带初始转速无位置传感器启动. 就四个不同象限分别分析了复平面内三相合成电感向量与实轴的夹角同转子位置角度之间的映射关系,并给出了转子角度所在象限的逻辑判定条件,实现了转子位置间接估计. 该无位置方案无需SRM电磁特性曲线和任何外加硬件,实现起来简单可靠,最终通过实验对提出的无位置方案进行了验证,实验结果表明,在样机中低速运行范围内( 0~600 r/min) ,该方法均能对转子位置进行准确定位并实现SRM无位置传感器可靠运行.In order to solve the difficult of sensorless starting and low speed operation of switched reluc-tance motor (SRM) ,a new complex plane mode of phase inductance based on sensorless method for SRM at low or medium speed was presented. This method can also be implemented in startup of switched re-luctance motor at both standstill and those with initial speed conditions. Firstly, the mapping relationship between the angle of three-phase synthetic inductance vector in the complex plane and the rotor position angle was analyzed according to the four different quadrants and giving the logical decision conditions to determine the rotor angle was analyzed quadrant. Then, the indirect estimation of rotor position was real-ized. This sensorless method doesn' t require magnetic characteristics of motor or additional hardware. And the realization of the process is simple and reliable. Finally, the proposed sensorless scheme was verified by experiment. Experimental results show that the proposed method can estimate the rotor posi-tion accurately and meet the requirements of sensorless operation of SRM in the low or medium speed range(0~600 r/min) .
