摘 要:基于中国汽车产业2000~2011年专利合作网络中企业的非平衡面板数据,采用负二项回归模型,实证检验了协作研发网络技术多元化对企业利用式创新和探索式创新的影响,并分析不同类型组织冗余在协作研发网络技术多元化与两种创新模式间发挥的调节作用。研究表明:协作研发网络技术多元化促进企业的利用式创新绩效,这种促进作用在企业拥有较多已吸收冗余时更为显著;网络技术多元化与探索式创新呈倒U型关系,且企业未吸收冗余正向调节网络技术多元化与探索式创新的关系。Using negative binomial model,this paper empirically analyzes the influence of technological diversity of collaboration R&D network on exploitative and exploratory innovation,based on the unbalanced panel data of the enterprises sample that own co-patents from 2000 to 2011 in the automobile industry. And then it investigates the different moderating effect of slack resource between technological diversity of collaboration R&D network and ambidextrous innovation. Results show that,technological diversity of collaboration R&D network has a positive relationship with exploitative innovation,and has an inverted U-shaped relationship with exploratory innovation. Moreover,it absorbs slack increase exploitative innovation attributable to technological diversity of collaboration R&D network,and unabsorbed slack positive moderate the relationship between technological diversity of collaboration R&D network and exploratory innovation.
