摘 要:针对新能源汽车供应链成员不同的决策选择,建立了分散式和集中式决策模型,应用Shapley值法解决供应链成员利润分配问题,研究政府对消费者补贴产生的影响。为验证模型的有效性和可行性,通过数值分析,分析了零售商、制造商和供应链整体的各决策变量值的变化状态。研究结果表明:与分散决策模型相比较,集中式决策情景下供应商、零售商以及供应链整体收益均增加,应用Shapley值方法对供应链成员进行利润分配起到了较好效果,政府对消费者补贴的增加使得出厂价格、销售价格和销售量都增加,集中式决策可消除销售价格增加对供应商带来的负面影响。According to the different decisions that energy vehicle supply chain members had made,this paper has established the centralized and decentralized decision-making model,and has solved the problem of profit distribution of supply chain members by Shapley value method,and has analyzed the impact of government subsidies on consumers. And then it verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the models by numerical analysis,analyzed the changes of state of each decision variable values of the retailers,manufacturers and the whole supply chain. Results showed that,compared with the decentralized decision-making model,in the centralized decision-making situations,profits of supplier,retailer and the whole supply chain were all increased. The application of Shapley value method has played a good effect on profit distribution of supply chain members. The raised government subsidy has made consumer’s prices,wholesale prices and sales volumes all increased,so centralized decision could eliminate the negative effects that sales price increases has brought to the suppliers.
