四川省某医学院矩阵式临床素质团队教育模式下培养时间与科研产出关系的探讨

摘  要:目的:研究矩阵式临床素质团队教育模式(Matrix Clinical Quality in Team Education Model,MCQ)下科研产出与培养时长的关系。方法:回顾调查2008-2013年加入四川省某医院MCQ培养模式的团队成员,共257名成员纳入研究。根据培养时间分组,小于等于1年者为A组,大于1年小于等于2年者为B组,大于2年者为C组。结果:A组平均发表文章0.71±0.08篇,B组平均发表文章1.31±0.11篇,C组平均发表文章1.98±0.20篇,3组差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。A组平均参与课题0.37±0.05项,B组平均参与课题0.61±0.07项,C组平均参与课题1.06±0.15项,3组差异有统计意义(P=0.001),3组课题完成情况差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。3组完成科研系列培训情况差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:MCQ团队培养模式下培养时长增加,团队成员的文章产出增加,参与课题的数量增加,且高年资团队成员的课题完成度高于低年资团队成员。MCQ模式不仅对于医学生早期科研训练有帮助,也鼓励医学生长期坚持进行科研训练。Aim the study focus on the relationship between the training time and the research outputs of Medical students in MCQ training mode. Method Retrospectively identified Team members join in MCQ from February 2007 to September 2009 were 261 ,and four of all were not followed up,because they changed The Contact Details, so 257 Team members were Included in this studyo Grouping according to the time in MCQ,The Team members who take less than one year in MCQ was A group(n =89,34.6% ) ,who take more than one year but less than two years in MCQ was B group( n = 102,39.7% ) ,who take more than two years in MCQ was C group( n = 66,25.7% ) o Result The number of Published articles in group A was 0.71 ± 0.08, group B was 1.31 ± 0.11, group C was 1.98 ± 0.20,The difference was significant( P = 0.001 )o The number of Project in group A was 0.37 ±0.05, group B was 0. 61 ± 0.07, group C was 1.06 ± 0.15 ( P = 0. 001 ) ,The difference was significant ( P = 0. 001 ) o The difference of Completion of project and Research training was significant( P =0. 001,0. 000) . Conclusion The Team members take more time in MCQ has more published articles and take in more projects,and The projects are completed better.
