摘 要:针对发动机健康状态信息的随机性和模糊性,提出了一种基于粗糙集和云模型的评估方法。首先构建能反映发动机健康状态的定性和定量指标体系,将航空发动机状态划分为5个等级,然后运用统计粗糙集理论属性重要性判定方法,确定各个指标的权重系数,最后按照改进的云重心评估方法步骤进行计算。采用相对接近度来衡量系统状态的变化,得到航空发动机健康状态的评估结果,为发动机视情维修决策提供了参考依据。通过对比分析,验证了改进方法的可行性和有效性。Since aeroengine health condition information is fuzzy and random, a method of condition assessment based on rough set and cloud model was proposed. Firstly, qualitative and quantitative indexes which can reflect aeroengine health condi-tion exactly were put forward and aeroengine health condition was divided into five levels. Secondly, the uniformity of rough set and statistical method was employed to find out the significance of each index, and the weight coefficients could be determined. Finally, utilizing the steps of improved cloud gravity center valuation method, the relative proximity that measures systematic con-dition change was calculated, and then the assessment result of aeroengine health condition was obtained. The calculation result provides reference for decision making of aeroengine condition-based maintenance. The simulation results indicate the validity of practical application, and the accuracy of the proposed method is enhanced in comparison with traditional method.
