摘 要:根据纯电动汽车驱动系发热特点,以及电动汽车冷却系统性能需求,建立了电动汽车驱动系冷却系统数学模型,利用模型设计水冷控制系统结构。完成电子水泵基于冷却液温度和水泵电机电流、转速的双闭环控制,以及其电机性能参数基于汽车CAN总线和SAE J1939协议与整车控制器实时有效通信。搭建电动汽车冷却系统试验台,通过优化电机控制器的设计,使电子水泵效率达到30%,实现产品级设计和开发。The thermal characteristics of electric vehicle drive system were analyzed. A mathematical model about cooling system of electric car was established following the performance requirements of the cooling system and the appropriate cooling control system scheme. The electronic water pump motor controller was designed to achieve the closed loop feedback control of the motor's current and speed and the communication based on CAN bus and SAE J1939. A performance testing platform was built for cooling system of electric car. The hardware and software of motor controller were optimized so that the pump efficiency may reach 30%. The product level design and development were then achieved.
