产业网络稳定性与企业创新能力提升的关系

摘　　要：构建了以知识获取为中介变量的产业网络稳定性对企业创新能力影响的关系模型,探索知识获取在产业网络稳定性与企业创新能力关系中所起的中介作用。通过样本数据对理论模型进行了实证研究,研究结果表明:产业网络稳定性对知识获取具有显著的正向影响,知识获取对企业创新能力具有显著的正向影响,而产业网络稳定性对企业创新能力的直接影响不显著,主要通过知识获取的中介作用对两者关系进行传递。A theoretical model was built to investigate the relationship among industrial network stability, knowledge acqui-sition and enterprise innovation ability. The mediating role of knowledge acquisition creation between industrial network stability and enterprise innovation ability was discussed. And then, data collected from enterprises were used to empirically examine the theoretical model. The results indicate that industrial network stability has positive effect on knowledge acquisition; knowledge acquisition has positive effect on enterprise innovation ability;and the full mediating role of knowledge acquisition exists between industrial network stability and enterprise innovation ability.
