高职二级学院学生档案工作问题与对策思考

摘　　要：学生档案是高职院校重要的文化知识资源、信息资源,加强二级学院学生档案建设,快速提升学生档案工作的服务与创新水平,是二级学院学生管理工作的一个重要课题。针对目前二级学院在档案工作中存在的缺失现象,文章从发展和完善高职学生档案管理工作制度;强化收集,提升学生档案内在质量建设;整合档案资源,提高"数字化"服务质态;稳定工作队伍,提升素质教育;提高档案利用能力,实现服务创新等方面做出了探讨。Students＇ archives are important resources of culture, knowledge, and information in higher vocational colleges. How to strengthen the construction of students＇ archives in secondary colleges and rapidly improve service and innovation on students＇ archives is an important issue in the management of students in secondary schools. In view of the current imperfection phenomenon of students＇ archives work in secondary schools, this article makes an discussion from the following aspects, such as, strengthening collection and enhancing intrinsic quality construction of students＇ archivest; developing and perfecting the working system of students archives management, integrating information resources to improve the ＂digital＂ service quality; stabilizing working team and improving quality-oriented education; and improving the ability of exploiting students＇ archives information to achieve service innovation, etc.
