不同ω-3PUFAs组成对高脂诱导的C57BL/6J小鼠脂质代谢作用

摘  要:研究以C57BL/6J小鼠为实验对象,以高脂饲料组为对照组(CG组),用不同组成的ω-3PUFA(ALA、DHA、DHA:EPA=2:1、DHA:EPA=1:1、DHA:EPA=1:2)对其进行干预,观察ω-3PUFA对高脂诱导的C57BL/6J小鼠脂质代谢作用。观察小鼠生长状况,并与CG组相比,ω-3PUFA干预组体重均有非常显著下降(P<0.01),实验末CG组平均体重最大为29.75g,DHA组最小仅有25.59g。与CG组相比,ω-3PUFA各干预组血清中TC显著下降(P<0.05),TG、LDL-C均有不同程度下降,HDL-C则有所升高,均有非常显著差异(P<0.01);干预效果ALA组最佳,在各不同比率DHA/EPA干预组中DHA效果最佳。结果表明,DHA对体重控制效果最佳;对高脂诱导的C57BL/6J小鼠脂质代谢的干预效果ALA组最佳,在各不同比率DHA/EPA干预组中DHA效果最佳。To investigate the protective effects of different kinds and ratios of omega-3PUFAs on lipid metabolisms of C57 BL /6J mice treated with high fat diets,we divided mice into seven groups randomly( normal diet,high fat diets,HFD + ALA,HFD + DHA,HFD + DHA / EPA 2: 1,HFD + DHA / EPA1: 1,HFD + DHA / EPA1: 2). Compared to mice treated by high-fat diets without omega-3 PUFAs( control group,CG),the weights of mice by omega-3 PUFAs feeding were decreased significantly( P 〈0. 01). and the average final weight of CG group was the largest which was 29. 75 g,the average final weight of DHA group was the smallest which was only 25. 59 g. Compared to CG group,the concentrations of serum TC in mice by ALA and different ratios of DHA / EPA feeding were decreased significantly( P 〈0. 05); the concentrations of serum TG,LDL-C in mice by ALA and different ratios of DHA / EPA feeding were decreased significantly( P〈 0. 01),and the concentrations of serum HDL-C in mice byALA and different ratios of DHA / EPA feeding were significantly increased compared with CG group( P〈 0. 01).The effects of ALA group on blood lipid were the best among the omega-3 PUFAs feeding groups,and the effects of DHA group on blood lipid were the best among the different ratios of DHA / EPA feeding mice. The result of this study indicates that the effects of ALA group on weight control were the best; the effects of ALA group on lipid metabolisms in C57 BL /6J mice fed with high fat diets were the best among the omega-3 PUFAs feeding groups,and the effects of DHA group were the best among the different ratios of DHA / EPA feeding mice.
