摘 要:采用直流电弧等离子体喷射化学气相沉积法,通过分解硝酸镁制备单晶MgO纳米结构,并采用SEM及XRD表征其形貌与结构.所制备的单晶MgO纳米线宽度约10~30 nm,长度达到几个微米,尺寸均一,生长密度较高.傅里叶红外吸收光谱分析和热重分析结果表明,由于MgO纳米线的表面存在低配位氧离子(OLc2-)空位等结构缺陷,其具有强的水分及CO2气体吸附能力;气敏研究结果也证实该MgO纳米线可应用于检测CO2等气体.Single-crystal MgO nanowires were synthesized by di- rect current (DC) are plasma jet chemical vapor deposition (CVD) from Magnesium nitrate. The MgO nanowires were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and pow- der X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern. The results showed that the width of the single crystalline MgO nanowires was about 10 ~30 nm,the length of it was up to several microns and was rel- atively uniform, relatively high density. The strong adsorption properties about water and CO2 were correlated with large sur- face area and presence of oxide ions in low coordination (LC) Ouc2 along with defects,which was revealed by Fourier trans- form infrared (FT--IR) spectrometer and thermo-gravimetric analysis (TG- DTG) studies. Gas sensing results also con- firmed that the MgO nanowires can be used to detect CO2 gas.
