高校学术期刊利用区域资源集群发展研究——以常州高职园区为例

摘　　要：集群式发展对于壮大文化产业力量、提升高校学术期刊竞争力具有重要意义。面对不断深化的文化体制改革,各刊应进一步解放思想,开门办刊,充分利用区域资源,准确定位,打造期刊特色,构建以特色栏目为纽带的学术共同体平台;各刊应共享资源,建设区域性的现代化联机编辑管理系统,从而实现单刊的特色化发展及多刊的集群发展,不断提升高校学术期刊的影响力和传播能力,更好地发挥学术期刊公共服务平台作用。Cluster development of journals plays a very important role to strengthen the cultural industries and to enhance the competitiveness of college academic journals. Facing to the deepening reform of cultural system,each publication should further emancipate the mind,operate with open mind,make full use of regional resources,position oneself accurately,build own features,and establish the academic community platform linked with characteristic columns. Each publication should also share the resources,construct regional modern online editing management system in order to enable the characteristic development of a single publication and cluster development of multiple Journals,to improve the influence and spreading capacity of college academic journals,and to better the role of public service platform of academic journals.
