摘　　要：从编辑的政治理论修养角度阐明了贯穿鲁迅不同时期编辑出版工作的一条红线,就是他的爱国主义思想和坚持正确的政治方向;从编辑的文化知识修养方面论述了鲁迅对书稿的认真态度是建基于他丰厚的文学底蕴和高深的文化知识修养之上的;从编辑的出版知识修养视角分析了鲁迅在书籍装帧设计方面的独到见解;从编辑的职业道德修养视域阐发了鲁迅"为他人作嫁"的奉献精神。提出现代编辑工作者应从鲁迅先生的编辑修养思想中吸取营养,总结编辑工作中的一些基本规律,掌握一些编辑原则、编辑规范等,不断充实到编辑工作中,以提高编辑水平。From the perspective of editor＇s political theory accomplishment,it clarifies that a red line through different periods of LU Xun＇s editing and publishing work is his patriotism thought. From the aspect of editor＇s cultural knowledge training,it expounds that LU Xun＇s careful scrutiny and serious modifications for manuscript is based on his rich literary heritage and profound cultural knowledge. From the point of editor＇ s publishing knowledge self- cultivation,it analyzes LU Xun＇ s original opinion in the graphic design of a book.From the sight of editor＇ s professional ethics training,it explains clearly LU Xun＇ s devotion spirit that does odd jobs for others w ithout the meaning of using it,which puts forward modern editors absorb nutrition from Mr. LU Xun＇s editorial thought. The paper summarizs some basic rules in editorial work,mastering some editing principles and editing norms,continuously enriching the editorial work to improve the editing level.
