摘　　要："订单式"人才培养是高职院校实现"产教融合、校企合作"的主要形式之一,是突出工学结合内涵的一种具体表现形式。文章结合湖南化工职业技术学院化工技术类专业开展"订单式"人才培养的实际,从专业设置与调整、订单课程体系开发、订单教学组织实施与订单班级管理等方面探讨了"订单式"人才培养的实施路径。The talents training mode of the order form is one of the main forms of production religions and school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational schools, it can outstanding combined engineering. Through practice on the talents training mode of the order form in chemical technology majors of Hunan Chemical Vocational and Technical College, thepaper discuss the implementation of the road order talent training from professional setting and adjustment, course system development, teaching organization and implementation and class management.
