摘  要:目的:探讨纳米碳示踪剂在30例甲状腺癌手术中的应用效果。方法:将60例甲状腺癌患者随机均分为纳米炭组和对照组,行甲状腺全切及患侧Ⅵ区颈部淋巴结廓清术,纳米炭组在行淋巴结廓清术前应用纳米炭示踪剂,对照组不使用,比较2组患者的淋巴结清扫数目、术后血钙水平及甲状旁腺素(PTH)水平。结果:纳米炭组每例患者平均清扫淋巴结6.5枚,对照组3.2枚(P<0.05);纳米炭组术后发生一过性低钙血症患者1例,对照组12例(P<0.05);纳米炭组术后发生PTH暂时下降的患者2例,对照组9例(P<0.05)。结论:纳米炭淋巴示踪剂的应用可明显提高甲状腺癌患者Ⅵ区淋巴结的清扫数目,术中有助于甲状旁腺的识别并保护甲状旁腺的功能。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of the nano -carbon tracer applied in 30 cases thyroid gland carcinoma operations.Methods:The 60 cases thyroid gland carcinoma patients were divided into nano -carbon group and control group.All the patients underwent the thyroid gland total resection and Ⅵ region lymph nodes dissection operations.The nano -carbon group applied the nano -carbon tracer during the neck dissectioin operation and without the application in control group.The lymph nodes dissection numbers,postoperative serum blood calcium levels,serum parathyroid hormone levels in 2 groups were compared.Results:The average number of lymph nodes in nano -carbon group was 6.5 and 3.2 in control group(P <0.05).There was 1 transient hypocalcemia in patients in nano -carbon group after the operation and 12 transient hypocalcemia in patients in control group(P <0.05).There were 2 cases temporary decline in patients with parathyroid hormone and 9 cases in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The ap-plication of the nano -carbon tracer improved the thyroid gland carcinoma patients Ⅵ lymph nodes dissection number obviously,the nano -carbon tracer application during the operation contribute to the identification and protection para-thyroid gland function.
