免疫药物及传统药物在晚期肾癌治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的:对比免疫药物及传统药物在晚期肾癌治疗中的价值。方法:晚期肾癌患者120例根据随机抽签法分为治疗组与对照组各60例,所有患者都手术根除切除,对照组术后给予舒尼替尼靶向药物治疗,治疗组术后给予干扰素-α免疫药物治疗,跟踪时间有一个月。结果:两组的有效率为88.3%、66.7%,与之前做对比,治疗组效果明显好(P<0.05),治疗后血清CD3和CD4值比治疗前明显高(P<0.05),而且治疗组治疗后的血清CD3和CD4值高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程治疗组的恶心、呕吐、疲乏等症状的总体发生情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05),所有不良反应经对症治疗后症状消退。治疗后随访调查1年,治疗组的半年与1年生存率分别为100.0%和96.7%,对照组为91.7%和85.0%,治疗组的生存率比较高(P<0.05)。结论:相对于传统药物治疗,免疫药物在晚期肾癌治疗中的应用能使得机体免疫功能得到部分恢复,从而提高治疗疗效,降低不良反应的发生,促进生存率的提高。Objective:To compare the value of immune drugs and traditional medicines in the treatment of ad-vanced renal cell carcinoma.Methods:All 120 patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma based on randomly were equally divided into treatment group and control group.All patients had surgical resection eradication,the control group were given sunitinib targeted drug therapy,the treatment group were given interference Su -αimmune therapy. Results:The response rates in the treatment group and the control group were 88.3% and 66.7% (P <0.05).The serum CD3 and CD4 values after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment (P <0.05),while the val-ue of serum CD3 and CD4 treatment group after treatment were significantly higher (P <0.05).Both groups had no serious side effects,but the overall incidence of adverse events of nausea,vomiting,fatigue,in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05).Followed -up survey after 1 year of treatment,six months and 1 year survival rate were 100.0% and 96.7% in the treatment group,91.7% and 85.0% in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional medications,immune drugs in the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma can make partial restoration of immune function,thereby improve treatment efficacy and reduce adverse reactions,and ultimately promote the improvement of survival.
