摘　　要：目的:探讨钙结合蛋白S100A6(calcyclin,Cacy)在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化技术检测60例卵巢癌病理组织标本中S100A6的蛋白表达情况,分析S100A6与卵巢癌的发生发展的关系,探讨S100A6与卵巢上皮性癌临床病理因素之间的相关性。结果:S100A6表达水平与病理类型无关(P>0.05),与细胞分化程度有关,低分化的卵巢癌患者中S100A6高表达比例为66.7%,而在高分化的卵巢癌患者中S100A6高表达比例为15.4%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。S100A6表达水平与手术分期有关,随着手术分期的增加,S100A6表达水平也随之明显上升,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。同时我们还发现,S100A6表达水平和腹水、淋巴结转移有关。在出现腹水和淋巴结转移的卵巢癌患者中,S100A6高表达的比例明显增加,有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:S100A6表达和与卵巢癌的发生发展、侵袭转移和不良预后密切相关,有可能成为临床评价病情进展和随访的参考指标。Objective:To explore the expression of S100A6 in ovarian cancer and its clinical significance.Meth-ods:In order to find out the clinical significance of S100A6 in ovarian cancer,the expression of S100A6 were tested by immunohistochemistry in the ovarian cancer tissues.Results:Immunohistochemical analysis showed that the S100A6 protein cytoplasm expression was common in ovarian cancer tissues.The percentage of high level of S100A6 expression was 66.7% in poorly differentiated ovarian cancer tissues,and the percentage of high level of S100A6 ex-pression was only 15.4% in well differentiated ovarian cancer tissues.High expression of S100A6 protein was associ-ated with surgical stages,malignant ascites and lymphatic metastasis in ovarian cancer.Conclusion:The expression of S100A6 protein was closely associated with progress,invasion and metastasis,and poor prognosis in ovarian cancer. S100A6 may be involved in the ovarian cancer pathogenesis.
