Syndecan-2及E-钙黏蛋白在I型子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及与转移的关系

摘　　要：目的:检测I型子宫内膜样腺癌组织中syndecan-2和E-钙黏蛋白的表达情况,探讨二者在I型子宫内膜样腺癌发生发展及侵袭转移中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法同步检测65例I型子宫内膜样腺癌中的syndecan-2和E-钙黏蛋白的表达,取同期65例正常子宫内膜组织做对照。数据采用SPSS 13.0软件处理,等级资料进行秩和检验。结果:Syndecan-2及E-钙黏蛋白在I型子宫内膜样腺癌中阳性表达率分别为43%及66%,均低于正常子宫内膜组(100%)。同时,syndecan-2阳性表达与I型子宫内膜样腺癌的组织学分级无明显相关,但与FIGO分期、淋巴结转移、肌层浸润深度呈正相关。相反,E-钙黏蛋白阳性表达与I型子宫内膜样腺癌的组织学分级、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移、肌层浸润深度呈负相关。结论:与正常子宫内膜相比,syndecan-2和E-钙黏蛋白在I型子宫内膜样腺癌中表达减少,syndecan-2高表达、E-钙黏蛋白低表达提示I型子宫内膜样腺癌分期晚、预后不良。Objective:To investigate the expression of syndecan -2 and E -cadherin(E -Ca)in type I endome-trial carcinoma,find the evidence for early diagnosis and treatment of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:A total of 65 specimens of endometrial carcinoma and 65 normal endometrium were studied by immunohistochemical methed to test the expression of syndecan -2 and E -Ca.SPSS 13.0 software was used for data processing,rank sum test for ranked data.Results:Positive expression rate of syndecan -2 and E -Ca in type I endometrial carcinoma was respectively 43% and 66% ,which was all lower than that in normal endometrium 100%.Positive expression of syndecan -2 was positively correlated with FIGO stage,lymphatic metastasis and muscular infiltration of endometrial carcinoma without tumor trade.Positive expression of E -Ca was negatively correlated with tumor grade,FIGO stage,lymphatic metasta-sis and muscular infiltration of endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion:Compared to normal endometrium,syndecan -2 and E -cadherin expression was decreased in endometrial carcinoma.The high expression of syndecan -2 with low expression of E -Ca is significantly correlated with endometrial carcinogenesis,and it may further promote metastasis and poor outcome of endometrial carcinoma.
