摘　　要：目的:分析我院住院病人恶性肿瘤新发病例的情况。方法:2004年1月1日-2013年12月31日出院病人,以甘肃省内常驻户口在我院住院病人中的恶性肿瘤新发病例为统计对象。结果:10年间,我院住院病人恶性肿瘤新发病例34871例,前五位恶性肿瘤分别为支气管肺恶性肿瘤、胃恶性肿瘤、血液系统恶性肿瘤、肠恶性肿瘤、女性生殖器恶性肿瘤。女性前五位恶性肿瘤分别为生殖器恶性肿瘤、支气管肺恶性肿瘤、血液系统恶性肿瘤、胃恶性肿瘤、肠恶性肿瘤。我院住院病人中恶性肿瘤构成比11.79%。结论:住院病人中恶性肿瘤男性高于女性,支气管肺恶性肿瘤是恶性肿瘤之首,与国内外报道相符。Objective:To analyze the new inpatients of malignant tumors in our hospital.Methods:The research subjects were new cases of malignant tumor from January 1,2004 to December 31,2013 in our hospital.Results:Dur-ing the past decade,there were 34,871 new cases of malignant tumors,the top five malignant tumors were lung and bronchi,stomach,colon,liver,hematopoietic system.The top five malignant cancers of women were genital system, lung and bronchi,stomach,colon,hematopoietic system.The percentage of patients with malignant cancer in the total number of inpatient cases in our hospital was 11.79%.Conclusion:The percentage of patients with malignant tumor of male is higher than female inpatients.The top cancer was lung and bronchi.
