摘  要:[目的]筛选能有效防治桑树天牛的杀虫剂。[方法]采用蛀孔注射药剂法,测定7种杀虫剂对桑树天牛的防治效果。[结果]药后7 d,2.5%敌杀死EC 2.5 g/L和20%吡虫啉SL 20 g/L对黄星天牛的防效分别为93.55%和90.41%,与其他处理存在显著性差异;10%顺式氰戊菊酯EC 10 g/L、40%毒死蜱EW 40 g/L和20%吡虫啉SL 20 g/L的对桑天牛防效分别为100%、94.34%和93.88%,与其他处理存在显著性差异。药后15 d,2.5%敌杀死EC 2.5 g/L、10%顺式氰戊菊酯EC 10 g/L、20%吡虫啉SL 20 g/L和40%毒死蜱EW 40 g/L对黄星天牛和桑天牛的防效更好,与其他处理的防效存在显著性差异。[结论]10%顺式氰戊菊酯EC、40%毒死蜱EW、20%吡虫啉SL和2.5%敌杀死EC稀释10倍蛀孔注射可有效防治桑树黄星天牛和桑天牛,可作为田间桑树天牛的防治用药。[Aims] The study aims to screen out effective insecticides to control mulberry longicom. [Methods] The control effect of 7 kinds of insecticides against mulberry longicorn in mulberry field were measured by injecting medicaments into the pest wormhole. [Results] On 7th day after treatment, the control effect of deltamethrin 2.5% EC 2.5 g/L and imidaeloprid 20% SL 20 g/L of Psacothea hilaris larvae were 93.55 and 90.41%, respectivey, greatly different from other treatments; esfenvalerate 10% EC 10 g/L, chlorpyrifos 40% EW 40 g/L and imidacloprid 20% SL 20 g/L ofApriona germari larvae displayed control effect of 100, 94.34 and 93.88%, respectively, significantly different from other treatments. On 15th day after treatment, deltamethrin 2.5% EC 2.5 g/L, esfenvalerate 10% EC 10 g/L, imidacloprid 20% SL 20 g/L and chlorpyrifos 40% EW 40 g/L of P. hilaris and A. germari larvae showed much better control effect than other treatment. [Conclusions] Esfenvalerate 10% EC, chlorpyrifos 40% EW and imidacloprid 20% SL, and deltamethrin 2.5% EC diluted 10 times wormhole injection can control P. hilaris and A. germari larvae. It can be used in mulberry field to control mulberry longicorn.
