摘 要:基于对数型柯布——道格拉斯生产函数的随机前沿模型,对2009—2013年我国低碳产融结合型上市公司的技术效率及影响因素进行了系统研究。结果表明:低碳型企业产融结合平均技术效率为0.483,技术效率的改善任重道远;劳动力对企业产出的促进作用明显强于资本;企业规模和业绩水平对产融结合效率有正向作用,金融支持对产融结合效率有负向影响,产融结合程度对效率的影响不明显。根据研究结论,提出了促进我国低碳类上市公司产融结合效率提高的有效对策。Using stochastic frontier approach based on Cobb- Douglas production function, collecting the listed low carbon compa- nies in China and the related impact factors of input and output factors in panel data from 2009- 2013, the paper measures technical effi- ciency of financial - industrial integration and analyzes influencing factors. The results showed that: the average technical efficiency of low carbon enterprise is 0.48332, the improvement of technical efficiency has a long way to go; labor has stronger influence on output than capital; the enterprise scale and level of performance have a positive effect on the technical efficiency of financial- industrial integration, whereas financial support has negative effects on technical efficiency, the impact of integration degree is not obvious. According to the re- search conclusion, the paper put forward countermeasures to enhance the technical efficiency of financial - industrial integration of the listed low carbon comoanies in China
