摘  要:科研型库房管理与传统库房管理相比,具有物资品种多、批量少、出入流量突发性和管理复杂性等特征。本文提出一种新的物资库房管理系统框架,该系统框架根据科研型物资库房管理特征,对库房的物资、库位存储情况、库房业务、储存环境、进出入人员、异常情况等进行集中管理。借助物联网相关软硬件技术的应用,可形成一个网络化和智能化的库房管理系统。该系统有效提高了科研物资管理的质量和效率,降低库存管理成本,对项目的进度推进有重要保障作用。最后给出了基于该框架开发的一个库房管理系统实现。Compared with the traditional warehouse management, the research-based warehouse management has many unique characteristics, such as variety in items with small batch, uncertainty of out-put and in-put of commodities, and complexity of administration. This paper proposes a new warehouse management system framework complying with the characteristics of the research- based warehouse, which intensively manages the warehouse materials, utilization, warehouse operations, storage environment, st',fff entering and leaving, and the abnormal conditions. With the help of "Internet of Things" hardware and software technologies, a network and intelligent warehouse management system is established. This system can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of scientific research material management, reduce the cost of inventory management, and control the project progress. Finally, the paper provides a warehouse management implementation based on the given framework.
