养胃配方颗粒组方逆转慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨养胃配方颗粒组方逆转慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的机制,观察养胃配方颗粒组方的临床疗效。方法:符合入选标准的本院门诊和住院患者随机对照组和治疗组。治疗组予以养胃配方颗粒1袋/次,2次/d,口服;对照组予以维酶素片0.4 g/次,3次/d,口服;治疗疗程为90 d。结果:治疗后两组疗效比较,治疗组的总有效率为88.89%,对照组的总有效率为75.56%,两组比较治疗组明显优于对照组,P<0.05。中医证候疗效,治疗组总有效率为91.1%;对照组为77.8%;两者比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组。结论:养胃配方颗粒组方逆转慢性萎缩性胃炎具有显著疗效,优于维霉素组。Objective ：To study the therapeutic effect of Yangwei Peifang Granule on chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Meth- ods：The treatment group was administered with Yangwei Peifang Granule and the control group administered with Vitacoenzyme Tablets. Results ：The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were respectively 91.1% and 77.8%. The differ- ence was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Yangwei Peifang Granule is effective and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.
