基于《金匮要略》“虚劳建中”理论探讨建中理劳汤对慢性肾衰脂代谢紊乱的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨建中理劳汤对慢性肾衰大鼠脂代谢紊乱的影响与作用机制。方法:采用腺嘌呤灌胃法复制慢性肾衰大鼠模型,设空白对照组、模型对照组、建中理劳汤预防干预高低剂量组、建中理劳汤高低剂量组、尿毒清组,观察不同剂量给药对模型大鼠血脂指标的影响。结果:建中理劳汤能够改善慢性肾衰大鼠临床症状和体征,降低其血胆固醇、甘油三酯的含量,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:建中理劳汤能够改善慢性肾衰大鼠脂代谢紊乱。Objective ： To observe the impact on every index of the disorder of lipid metabolism of CRF in rats and discuss the mechanism of Jianzhong Lilao Decoction to improve the kidney functions of chronic renal failure. Methods ： Rats were randomly di- vided into 7 groups, blank control group, model control group, Jianzhong Lilao Decoction for prevention and intervention in high and low dose groups, Jianzhong Lilao Decoction in high and low dose group, Niaoduqing group. Model was reproduced in rats with chronic renal failure induced by adenine. All groups were correspondingly given Jianzhong Lilao Decoction, physiological saline and Niaoduqing to observe the influence on the different indexes of model rats. Results：Jianzhong Lilao Decoction can decrease the blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels and improve symptoms and signs of chronic renal failure rats caused by adenine. There were significant differences compared with the model group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Jianzhong Lilao Decoction can correct the disorder of lipid metabolism in chronic renal failure rats.
