摘　　要：报告1例婴儿腹部离心性脂肪营养不良(LCAI)。患儿女,6岁。1年前无明显诱因左下腹出现一界限清楚的淡蓝色斑,皮损渐扩展累及左下腹及双侧腹股沟,皮损中央渐萎缩、凹陷,周边呈暗红色,皮下血管清楚可见。皮损组织病理检查:皮下脂肪小叶间较多淋巴细胞及浆细胞浸润,可见脂肪细胞萎缩,真皮深部汗腺周围及血管周围见淋巴细胞浸润。结合临床及组织病理表现,诊断为LCAI。A case of lipodystrophia centrifugalis abdominalis infantilis（LCAI） is reported. A 6-year-old girl presented with circum- scribed light blue-colored skin atrophy involved the left lower abdomen for 1 year. The area of depression had spread centrifugally to involve right lower abdomen and both sides of the groin. The lesion was atrophic in the center and was surrounded by a slightly erythematous border. The underlying blood vessels were visible. Histopathological examination revealed lymphocytes and plasma cells infiltrated between subcutaneous fat lobules, and atrophic fat cells were also seen. Lymphoeytes infiltrated around the sweat glands in the deep dermis and perivaseular. Aecordding to th clinical and pathological features, the diagnosis of LCAI was made.
