两种根充材料在乳牙根管治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较Vitapex与氧化锌碘仿糊剂在乳牙根管充填中的疗效。方法:选取在我科就诊的处于牙根稳定期的根尖周炎的乳牙295例,随机分为两组,常规根管预备、药物消毒后.实验组150例,用Vitapex糊剂做根管充填;对照组145例,用氧化锌碘仿糊剂做根管充填,观察1年后根管充填效果。结果:实验组成功率为94.7%,对照组成功率为90.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Vitapex是一种较为理想的乳牙根充材料。Objective To compare the clinical effects of root canal filling with vitapex and zipp paste in deciduous teeth. Methods Totally 295 deciduous teeth which needed root canal filling were randomly divided into tow groups.Experience group was treated with Vitapex paste and control group was treated with Zipp paste.Clinical effect was observed after one year. Results The success rate of experience group was 94.7% and control group was 90.3% .There was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Vitapex paste is an ideal material for root canal filling.
