火针治疗男性睑黄瘤一例

摘　　要：目的:观察火针治疗睑黄瘤的临床疗效。方法:患者,男,49岁,患双侧睑黄瘤6年,曾行睑黄瘤切除术,术后1年复发,伴有瘢痕结缔组织增生,瘤体于左眼上睑内眦一处,右眼上下睑各一处,共有3处淡黄色斑块,大小8mm×20mm,应用尖头火针焠刺,直至瘤体干缩、坏死,治疗后外涂红霉素软膏。结果:火针治疗后患处痊愈,未遗留明显瘢痕和色素沉着。结论:火针治疗睑黄瘤简便易行,疗效确切,无明显副作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of fire needle treatment on xanthelasma palpebrarum. Methods A 49-year-old-man presented with a 6-year history of xanthelasma palpebrarum.He had xanthelasma palpebrarum resection,postoperative recurrence after 1 year with scar connective tissue hyperplasia.With a total of three light yellow patches,one in the left eye angular, the right upper and lower eyelid have each one place,the size about 8 mm ×20 mm range.Application of point fire needle cui thorn,until tumors had drying shrinkage,necrosis, after treatment with erythromycin ointment. Results The curative effect on patients,recoveryand no obvious scars and pigmentation. Conclusion The fire needle treatment of xanthelasma palpebrarum is easy,curative ef- fect and no obvious side effects.
