两种不同浓度平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨两种不同浓度平阳霉素加地塞米松注射液瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的疗效及不良反应。方法:采用1mg/ml与2mg/ml两种不同浓度的平阳霉素加地塞米松注射液进行瘤内注射治疗。结果:1mg/ml与2mg/ml两种不同浓度的平阳霉素对静脉畸形治愈率及显效率无明显差别(χ2=0.45,P>0.05)。但是随着浓度的增加,2mg/ml的平阳霉素不良反应的发生比例明显增加(χ2=8.77,P<0.01)。结论:建议临床上应用平阳霉素加地塞米松注射液瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形时,平阳霉素的浓度不超过1mg/ml。Objective To observe the treatment effect and adverse reaction on Venous malformation of oral and maxillofacial region with different concentration of pingyangmycin plus dexamethason by local injection. Methods Local injection with pingyangmycin plus dexamethason and concentration of pingyangmycin was Img/ml and 2mg/ml. Results Local injection lmg/ml and 2mg/ml of pingyangmycin.The cure rate and the effectiveness of Venous malformation was no obvious difference （X^3=0.45,P〉0.05）.lf concentration of pingyangmycin increase.The take place of adverse reaction about use 2mg/ml of pingyangmycin was obvious rise（X^2=8.77,P〈0.01）. Conclution If local injection pingyangmycin plus dexamethason in treatment of Venous malformation of oral and maxillofacial region.Suggest concentration of pingyangmycin should be no more than lmg/ml.
