CO_2激光联合氟化亚锡凝胶治疗牙颈部敏感症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价CO2激光和氟化亚锡凝胶联合应用治疗牙颈部敏感症的临床效果。方法:选取85例(182颗)患者分为3组。第1组用氟化亚锡凝胶涂擦牙齿敏感处,再用CO2激光进行照射治疗;第2组单独使用CO2激光进行照射治疗;第3组单独使用氟化亚锡凝胶进行脱敏治疗。根据患者主观感受评价治疗前后牙面的敏感度,观察治疗后即刻、1个月、3个月的疗效。结果:第1组即刻治愈率为100%,1个月治愈率为95%,3个月治愈率为90.3%,3组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟化亚锡凝胶联合CO2激光治疗组的近期临床疗效肯定,对牙周组织无损害,方法简单易操作,具有临床推广价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of treating dentin hypersensitivity on neck by CO2 laser united SnF2 gel. Methods Patients with tooth hypersensitivity were divided into 3 groups,and were treated respectively by CO2 laser united SnF2 gel（group 1）,CO2 laser（group 2）and SnF2 gel （group 3）.The standard test stimuli,cool air and probing,were applied to sensitive dental surfaces. Subjects recorded the intensity of sensitivity in response to the stimulus. Results The instant efficiency of group 1 were 100%,one month later and three months later were respectively 95%and 90.3% .The efficiency had statistically significant difference between each groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In a short time,CO2 laser united SnF2 gel shows good clinical effects of treating dentin hypersensitivity,worth clinical promotion.
