摘 要:构建了一种基于质量功能展开(QFD)理论的ERP系统选型定量模型。该模型利用卡诺(KANO)模型和权重统计测试法对企业需求进行了分类及权重确定,确定了ERP系统需求与技术措施的关系矩阵,进行了候选系统的竞争力评估。某重型机械企业应用实例表明,该模型具有较高的可行性,准确性与实用性。A ERP system selection and quantification model was constructed based on quality function deployment (QFD) theory. In the model, KANO model and weight statistical test method were applied to classify the enterprise demands and determine their weights, the relationship matrix of ERP system demands and technical measures was determined, and competitiveness of candidate system was evaluated. The application example in a heavy machinery enterprise showed the model was highly feasible, accurate and practical.
