摘 要:为了研究绒囊钻井液对煤层气钻井的失稳控制,以沁水盆地南部区块3口煤层气U型水平井为研究对象,通过在清水中加入囊层剂、绒毛剂、成核剂、成膜剂等多种活性配方,分析了绒囊钻井液在煤层气钻井中对井壁稳定性的影响。现场研究结果表明:绒囊钻井液可实现控制钻井液密度0.96~1.06g/cm3,漏斗黏度30~50s,动塑比0.4~0.9Pa/(mPa·S),利用绒囊钻井液流变性好、体积可伸缩、强力润滑减阻等优点,能较好地保持井壁稳定;控制漏失速度在2m3/h以下,可有效减少储层污染。绒囊钻井液在3组U型水平连通井的应用过程中,三开水平段长平均为803.67m,纯钻时间388h,机械钻速2.5m/h,U型井平均建井周期37d,比设计周期缩短了23d,大幅提高了钻井效率。In order to study a stability lost control of the fuzzy ball drilling fluid to the coalbed methane well drilling, based on three coal- bed methane U shaped horizontal wells in the south block of Qinshui Basin were taken as the study object, with ball layer agent, fuzzy generated agent, gas-core generated agent, membrane generated agent and several active formulations added in the fresh water, the paper analyzed the fuzzy ball drilling fluid affected to the well wall stability in the coalbed methane well drilling. The site study results showed that the fuzzy ball drilling fluid could realize and control the drilling fluid density ranging from 0.96~ 1.06 g/cm3, the hopper viscosity was 30 ~ 50 s and the dynamic plastic ratio was 0.4-0.9 Pa/( mPa ~ s). With a good rheology, volume scalable, powerful lubrication re- sistance reduction and other advantages of the fuzzy ball drilling fluid, the stability of the well wall could be well kept. With the control of a leakage lost rate below 2 m3/h, the reservoir pollution could be effectively reduced. During the application process of the fuzzy ball drill- ing fluid in the three groups of U shaped horizontal connected wells, the three open horizontal section length was 803.67 m in average, the real drilling time was 388 h, and the machine drilling speed was 2.5 m/h. The well construction period of the U shaped well was 37 days in average and was 23 days reduced than the design period. Therefore, the drilling efficiency was highly improved.
