动态脑电图在头痛型癫癎和偏头痛鉴别诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨动态脑电图在头痛型癫癎和偏头痛鉴别诊断中的应用。方法:对176例发作性头痛患者行动态脑电图检查,并对检查结果进行比对分析。结果:176例患者中,动态脑电图结果正常者93例,占53%,异常者83例,占47%,非特异性异常19例,占11%,表现为清醒期或睡眠期段状θ波或δ波活动;特异性异常64例,占36%,主要表现为阵发性活动、尖波或尖-慢波活动。结论:动态脑电图为头痛型癫癎和偏头痛的鉴别诊断提供重要依据。Objective： To explore the application of AEEG in differential diagnosis between headache type epilepsy and migraine. Methods： AEEG was examined in 176 patients with paroxysmal headache. The result was compared and analyzed . Results： In 176 patients, AEEG of 93 （53%） patients were normal while the other 83 （47%） were abnormal. Among those abnormal cases, 19 were non-specific, characterized by segmented 0 or 8 wave during awaking or sleep periods. 64 （36%） cases were specific, paroxysmal sharp waves or sharp-slow waves. Conclusion： AEEG provided basis of deferential diagnosis of migraine and epileptic headache
