摘　　要：本文将经济订购批量模型应用于压缩机零部件的库存管理中,比较了允许缺货和不允许缺货下的两种情况下的最佳订购批量、总费用等信息,旨在寻求能够降低库存、节省费用的有效方法和模型,本方法的应用可以推广到更多机械制造行业的库存管理,以提高零部件管理水平和企业的经济效益。This paper applies the economic order quantity model to the inventory management of compressor spare parts to compare the optimum order quantity, total cost and other information in two kinds of cases of allowable stock-out and not allowable stock-out to seek the effective methods and models of reducing inventory and saving cost. The application of this method can be extended to more inventory management of machinery manufacturing industry to improve the management level of spare parts and the economic benefit of enterprises.
