摘  要:选用不同单位提供的8个甜荞麦品种为供试材料,在宁南山区对8个甜荞麦品种的产量和品质进行分析比较。结果表明,定96-1产量稳定,较对照(宁荞1号)产量高,且与对照差异显著。其中定96-1的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗淀粉、粗纤维含量均较对照高,且总黄酮与DCI含量与对照无差异。综上所述,定96-1的产量高,品质好,可在宁南山区推广种植。Choosing eight buckwheat cultivars from different units were used as materials, analyzing and comparing yield and quality of eight buckwheat cultivars in Southern mountains of Ningxia. The results showed that Ding 96-1 had higher yield than control, there were significant differences between them. The Ding 96-1 had higher crude protein, crude fat, crude starch, crude fiber content than control, The flavonoids and DCI content of Ding 96-1 had no significant difference with control. After comprehensive comparison, Ding 96-1 had high yield and good quality, so it was suitable for planting in Southern mountains of Ningxia.
