摘 要:以大叶白麻(Poacynum hendersonii)叶为原料,乙醇为浸提溶剂对大叶白麻多酚的提取工艺进行了探讨,首先采用单因素试验考察溶剂类型、溶剂浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取温度对大叶白麻多酚提取的影响。以此为基础,通过L9(34)正交试验对提取工艺进一步优化。结果表明,各因素对多酚提取效率的影响大小为溶剂浓度>水浴时间>料液比>水浴温度。大叶白麻多酚的最佳提取工艺以乙醇为提取溶剂,浸提温度为80℃,乙醇体积分数为40%,提取时间30 min,料液比为1∶20(g∶m L),该条件下大叶白麻多酚含量为10.21 mg/g。In this study, the extraction technology of total polyphenols from Poacynum hendersonii was studied and optimized with the ethanol. The influence of extraction solvent, solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature had been investigated. On the basis of single factor experiments, the L_9(3^4) orthogonal experiment was then applied in the process of optimization. And the results showed that the influence of the investigated factors on the polyphenols extrac- tion yield was in the order as: solvent concentration 〉 extraction time〉 solid-liquid ratio 〉 extraction temperature.And the optimal technological conditions for the exaction of polyphenols from Poacynura hendersonii were as follows: ethanol was the best solvent, temperature 80℃, ethanol concentration 40%, the ratio of solid to liquid 1:20, exaction time 30 min. In this condition, the best yield of polyphenols was 10.21 mg/g.
